The Avaya 4621 IP VOIP phone comes with a 2 line by 16 character display for optimal viewing of caller information, 6 programmable feature buttons with LED, and feature keys. (speaker, mute, hold, volume up and down, conference, transfer and redial).

The Avaya 4621 IP phone is a self contained endpoint (VoIP extention or resource) for the Avaya One-X Quick Edition peer to peer communications system. In design it is similar to the Avaya 5410 Digital handset or Avaya 5610 IP Hardphone. Avaya One-X Quick Edition Software, the programming that enables it as part of a network, comes pre-loaded.
