A Milton Keynes base travel company succesfully implement a new Avaya telephone system to assist them with their telecommunications. The company had a number of sites across the UK which were primarily retail outlets for their serivices.
The company had expanded organiclly and each retail outlet was set up as an independant unit.
After extensive discussion and analysis of the business a number of operational issues were identified.
